How Weber Group is phasing in new ownership
A partnership within Sellersburg-based Weber Group Inc. is now leading daily operations and is working to reach the end of a buyout agreement with the founders.
The partnership which includes Max Weber, has taken over management of the company as part of a transition agreement signed in 2018 with Founder and Owner Donny Weber and Barbara Weber, widow of late Founder Tom Weber.
