Position Title: Superintendent
Reports to: Project Manager/Director of Construction
Job Summary:
Weber Construction is seeking a superintendent who will be responsible for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Project Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (i.e.: superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Project Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that the subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non‐compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Schedule and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Communicate issues of non‐compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Secondary Functions:
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the jobsite.
- Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
- Along with Project Manager, attend pre‐construction meeting with each subcontractor.
- Opening the jobsite at the beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 5 years in the construction industry.
- Basic computer skills as it relates to entering time and communication by email.
- Preferred ‐ Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30‐hour courses.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with insurance carrier and where applicable drivers will comply with DOT Commercial Driver License regulations.
- When applicable, there must be reliable means of transportation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co‐workers, contractors, superiors, professional trades, e.g., architects and engineers, subcontractors, building codes authorities and owners.
- The ability to read and correctly interpret blueprints / drawings and take‐off accurate measurements.
- Sound understanding of accepted construction practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Knowledge of building materials, tools, and machinery.

Physical Demands:
- Works beyond normal working hours, on weekends when necessary.

- Occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, carrying, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
- Travel may be required for projects throughout the Midwest.
- Communicates using English language.
- Sees and hears or uses prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Uses telephone and computer extensively throughout the workday.
- Sits, reaches and lifts intermittently throughout the workday. Lifts, pushes, pulls, and moves equipment, supplies, etc., of ten (10) pounds or more throughout the workday.

Position Title: Project Manager – Construction
Reports to: Director of Construction
Job Summary:
Weber Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role includes planning, scheduling, estimating review, budgeting, and coordination of resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams, and will serve as the central point of contact for each assigned project. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Direct and manage assigned projects from preconstruction through final completion.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to review and validate budgets and bids before contract execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; track milestones, adjust for delays, and communicate impacts.
- Lead preconstruction planning, including constructability reviews, material procurement, and coordination with design teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client expectations and Weber Construction standards.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities to meet project demands.
- Draft and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure safety, schedule, and quality control compliance.
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and punch lists.
- Review and code invoices, pay applications, and track vendor payments.
- Ensure proper project closeout procedures are followed, including final inspections and turnover documentation.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and Weber Construction safety protocols.
- Support hiring and training of project supervisors or other construction personnel as needed.
- Review and approve timecards of any personnel working on assigned projects.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma, trade school certification, or degree in construction management or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, including field supervision and estimating review.
- Proven experience developing and managing construction schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, and/or Procore preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
Working Environment & Physical Demands:

Position Title: Senior Estimator – Construction
Reports to: Director of Construction
Job Summary:
Weber Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare complete, accurate estimates for multi-family and senior living projects. This role requires expertise in performing full take-offs and hard bidding across all trades to develop detailed estimates. This is a salary-exempt position with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct detailed plan reviews and formulate accurate project-specific cost estimates.
- Develop competitive bid packages and coordinate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
- Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs using estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, QTO).
- Analyze project scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop ROMs, budgets, and actual work estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in owner interviews and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with procurement management standards and best practices.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience estimating multi-family, senior living, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Extensive experience with blueprint and plan review.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong vendor and subcontractor relationship management.
- Experience in procurement management and bid qualification.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable presenting estimates and project details to owners and stakeholders.
