Our History
Two Brothers Vow to Build Anything
One holiday season, when Tom and Donny Weber were young boys, they were walking along a row of shops and stopped at a storefront that displayed an incredible Christmas scene. After staring in amazement, they looked at each other and said, “I bet we can build that.” That moment was the start of creating and imagining what could be.
In 1983, the brothers founded Weber Group principally as a design firm. Our company’s early focus involved historic preservation, renovation, and new construction on a variety of commercial, institutional, and residential projects. However, we increasingly took on more unconventional projects that required creative thinking beyond most ordinary architectural firms.

As our capabilities and client needs expanded, so did the structure of our company. Today, Weber Group operates as two specialized divisions: Weber Construction and Weber Creative. Each functions independently with its own team, and focus, but both are grounded in the same commitment to quality projects and customer service.
Weber Construction
Weber Construction is a full-service general contractor focused on delivering complex builds with precision. From multi-family housing and commercial developments, the team brings deep industry knowledge, strong partnerships, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Weber Creative
Weber Creative is a concept-to-completion studio that specializes in themed environments, immersive design, and custom fabrication. From concept and narrative development to scenic builds and interactive features, the team works closely with clients to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Independent by Design
While each division runs its projects and maintains its client relationships, they also collaborate when a project requires both creative vision and construction expertise. This flexible structure enables us to provide tailored services that align with each client’s goals, backed by a shared culture of innovation, reliability, and craftsmanship.
