Position Title: Superintendent
Reports to: Project Manager/Director of Construction
Job Summary:
Weber Construction is seeking a superintendent who will be responsible for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Project Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (i.e.: superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Project Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that the subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non‐compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Schedule and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Communicate issues of non‐compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Secondary Functions:
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the jobsite.
- Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
- Along with Project Manager, attend pre‐construction meeting with each subcontractor.
- Opening the jobsite at the beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 5 years in the construction industry.
- Basic computer skills as it relates to entering time and communication by email.
- Preferred ‐ Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30‐hour courses.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with insurance carrier and where applicable drivers will comply with DOT Commercial Driver License regulations.
- When applicable, there must be reliable means of transportation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co‐workers, contractors, superiors, professional trades, e.g., architects and engineers, subcontractors, building codes authorities and owners.
- The ability to read and correctly interpret blueprints / drawings and take‐off accurate measurements.
- Sound understanding of accepted construction practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Knowledge of building materials, tools, and machinery.

Reports to: Director of Construction
Job Summary:
Weber Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare complete, accurate estimates for multi-family and senior living projects. This role requires expertise in performing full take-offs and hard bidding across all trades to develop detailed estimates. This is a salary-exempt position with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct detailed plan reviews and formulate accurate project-specific cost estimates.
- Develop competitive bid packages and coordinate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
- Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs using estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, QTO).
- Analyze project scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop ROMs, budgets, and actual work estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in owner interviews and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with procurement management standards and best practices.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience estimating multi-family, senior living, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Extensive experience with blueprint and plan review.

Job Summary:
Weber Construction is actively seeking an assistant project manager to Assist the Project Manager (PM) with documentation, communications and coordination efforts required for a successful project, from preconstruction to completion. This is a salary-exempt position with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Assist the PM in the management of multi-family and commercial construction projects assigned by senior management from beginning to end.
- Develop the project budgets and/or any associated costs if not already assigned.
- In Coordination with the PM, effectively communicate with project team on an ongoing basis.

- Assist the PM in reviewing and processing project invoicing/AIA payment applications required during selective billing cycles throughout the duration of the project.
- Complete all documents required to close out and complete projects whether required by client or municipality.
- Ensure projects are completed in compliance with OSHA and Weber Group safety guidelines.
- Assist in the hiring and the training of supervisors and other construction personnel when necessary.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma, Trade School degree, and/or University or college degree in the field of construction management, architecture, or engineering.
- 0 – 5 years direct work experience in a similar position, or previous field construction/ supervision experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Communicate using the English language. Communications in Spanish would be an additional benefit.
- Competent and proficient understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project. Competent understanding of ACC Build or Procore would be an additional benefit.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential.

A Project Manager also defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle. This is a salary exempt position.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Direct and manage projects assigned by senior management from beginning to end.
- Define project scope and deliverables that support the goals in collaboration with the client, senior management, and team members.
- Develop the project budgets and/or any associated costs if not already assigned.
- Negotiate terms of the project within mutual agreement of the client, members of the project, and senior management to prepare all necessary documentation needed to execute the contractual requirements of Weber Group, Inc.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Communicate with clients for projects on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes when necessary.
- When required, negotiate with other managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and report to senior management on a regular basis.
