Weber Creative helped craft the story of InvadR at Busch Gardens by building a towering 20-foot entry portal for the wooden roller coaster in the New France section of Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Designed to immerse guests before they even board the ride, the massive structure replicates a Viking-themed battering ram, setting the stage for adventure.
Crafted from fiberglass and steel, the 5-ton portal is both durable and highly detailed, reflecting Weber’s expertise in themed construction. The project showcases how thoughtful design and fabrication can transform a ride entrance into an iconic feature. For InvadR at Busch Gardens, the portal serves as a bold landmark that enhances the guest experience and reinforces the ride’s Viking narrative.
