Max Weber
Max leads Weber’s Business Development and Marketing efforts, continuing his family’s legacy while driving new opportunities for growth. With a finance degree from the University of Kentucky and experience in roles ranging from estimating to project management, he brings both a strategic perspective and on-the-ground expertise. As a partner, he helps guide the company’s direction and supports its evolution in both themed entertainment and commercial construction.
Adam McIntyre

Adam McIntyre
Adam leads Weber’s creative vision and helps guide the company’s next generation of leadership. Since joining the company in 1999, he has played a key role in shaping Weber’s tradition of storytelling, design, and fabrication. He oversees both the creative design and architecture departments, ensuring a seamless blend of artistic innovation and technical expertise. Adam also provides architectural services that support the company’s diverse themed entertainment projects. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Miami University.
Jim Doiron
Jim Doiron
Jim joined Weber in 2010, advancing from shop artist to Director of Specialty Fabrication before assuming his current leadership role. With a background in both fine art and construction, he brings a unique blend of creativity and technical skill to every project. His 16 years as a site supervisor and project manager in residential and commercial construction, paired with his artistic training, make him a key driver of Weber’s ability to bring unconventional ideas to life. Jim has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville and has exhibited his work internationally.
Paul Ohlin

Paul Ohlin
Paul leads Weber’s financial, legal, and management systems while overseeing daily operations and performance. With a background in finance and a focus on process improvement, he helps ensure the company delivers superior quality at the most competitive price. Before joining Weber, Paul spent 25 years as CFO for several securities brokers and dealers in the financial services industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Cincinnati.
David Nofsinger
David Nofsinger
David leads our construction division, bringing a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for design-build integration. A graduate of the University of Kentucky’s School of Architecture and Transylvania University, he brings both creative vision and technical expertise to every project. Before joining Weber in 2008, David was a partner at a design-build company specializing in residential and light commercial projects. His earlier experience at architecture firms in Lexington and Louisville shaped a career that bridges thoughtful design and efficient construction.

Tony joined Weber in 2018, bringing over two decades of experience in the water park and interactive play industries. As Director of Interactive Play, Tony helps Weber deliver fully turn-key play experiences, seamlessly integrating design, fabrication, and functionality. He approaches every project with the mindset that it should be his best yet, combining creativity and technical expertise to bring playful environments to life.
Amy Pender
Amy Pender
Amy joined Weber in 2019, bringing a unique blend of creativity and organization to every project. With a background in advertising and marketing and a sharp eye for design, she guides work from concept through fabrication with clarity and precision. Amy holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Louisville and draws on her cross-disciplinary experience to bring both visual impact and strategic thinking to the creative process.
Damon Wilde
Damon Wilde
Damon has over 20 years of experience in visual storytelling and design. He has developed large-scale consumer events for theme parks, zoos, and cultural institutions across the U.S. He specializes in creating full design packages, from branding and signage to scenic schematics and conceptual renderings, with a strong emphasis on illustration to bring ideas vividly to life for attractions of all kinds.
Michael Owens
Michael Owens
Michael leads our architectural team with over 25 years of industry experience and a unique blend of field and studio expertise. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, he began his career as a general contractor, an early, hands-on foundation that continues to inform his architectural approach today. Since becoming a licensed architect in 2020, he has worked across a wide range of project types, bringing deep technical knowledge and a construction-savvy perspective that helps turn strong concepts into fully realized spaces.

As Weber Group’s first employee, Dan has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction. He leads Construction Management and Preconstruction Services, guiding projects from early planning through completion with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.

Ricky Berg
Ricky has been a key part of Weber for nearly two decades, applying deep experience and steady leadership to the theming division. He began his career in commercial construction before transitioning into themed fabrication, where he now leads project managers across a wide range of work. Known for his expertise, work ethic, and hands-on approach, Ricky plays an essential role in delivering high-quality results on every project.
Josh Huff
Josh Huff
Josh has been with Weber since 2006 and offers years of proven leadership in his role as Director of Fabrication. A 14-year Non-Commissioned Officer in the armed forces, he leads with a great attitude, focus, and a strong work ethic. Josh oversees day-to-day operations across Weber’s fabrication shops, managing production from start to finish to ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork at every stage.
