Donny Weber
Owner

Donny is a registered architect and graduate of the University of Kentucky bringing over 30 years of design, build and fabricating experience to Weber Group. As firm principal and co-founder, Mr. Weber infuses his knowledge in conventional design as well as “experiential” environments.
Donny’s projects include but aren’t limited to: outdoor and indoor waterparks, amusement parks, museums and hotels. He served as Principal Architect and Project Manager for hundreds of projects throughout the U.S. and abroad. His portfolio includes award-winning hotel and waterpark facilities in Texas, Washington, Kentucky and Georgia plus theme park projects across the U.S.A.
Donny has received worldwide recognition for his ability to make architecture “entertaining and delightful” from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). He’s also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Donny is a frequent lecturer on how themed environments can enhance the guest experience and bring profitability and success to the establishment.
Max Weber
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER + PARTNER

Max Weber is a 2nd generation Weber at the firm and is currently a Partner + Chief Marketing Officer. Max started out in project management working in the field on large commercial construction projects nationally and eventually moved into his current role of Chief marketing officer in 2019. Since taking his current role as Chief Marketing Officer, he has brought Weber Group’s largest projects to date working on relationships in the industry and cold calls to bring in new clients in the entertainment industry and developers for multifamily housing. Further, over the past few years, under his leadership in business development, WGI has built over 2,500 units of multifamily for new developers and brought on a developer in Waterloo, IA to complete the country’s only ground-up amusement park, which opened in 2022. Further, Max worked with all employees and staff to keep everyone safe in the field and office during the recent pandemic. Weber Group found clients in the entertainment and commercial construction industries during one of the worst construction markets on record.

H20 OBX Outdoor Waterpark
Design Build services for all food service, restroom and equipment buildings at the H20 OBX Waterpark in Outer Banks, NC.
Camelback Lodge & Indoor Waterpark
Design build services for the original themed brand experience at Camelback Resort, Aquatopia – voted #1 Indoor Waterpark in the USA & one of the best resorts in the Poconos.
SeaWorld San Diego Explorers Reef
Design build services for the all rockwork, textured fiberglass coral shelf canopies with embedded audio visual components and theme painting.
Columbus Zoo & Aquarium
Design build services for the 4D Theater Façade with ticket building, new food service building and wave pool restroom building expansion in Zoombezi Bay.
El Dorado Playscape
Weber Group designed, fabricated and built this Playscape. It contains two acres of state of the art playground equipment selected for the evolving play styles of different ages. Children can enjoy slides, ropes, tunnels, ladders, a giant razorback slide, a zip line, and splash pad.
Max has a degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
ADAM MCINTYRE

Adam McIntyre is our Chief Creative Compass who is leading the charge for Weber Group on where the company is headed in the future but providing legacy guidance to the company along the way. Adam has been with Weber Group since 1999. His experience with the company and his leadership skills are why Adam is currently transitioning into the role of next
generation partners to own Weber Group.
Adam is a licensed architect, who leads a gold-star team of artists with an immeasurable myriad of experience. Under Adam’s leadership, he and his team direct a broad range of fabrication and installation techniques from CNC cutting, welding, sculpture, murals and innovative carpentry.
He is thoroughly experienced in every stage of the intricate and multifaceted design process; from storyboards and conceptual art to detailing and specifications for some of the industry’s most notable clients. Adam is our leading creative mind and master story-teller with decades of experience in the entertainment industry.

Adam has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, Architecture from Miami University.
JIM DOIRON
Chief Theming Officer + Partner

Jim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville and had his first solo exhibition in Louisville in 1997. Jim has subsequently gone on to show regularly in cities from Detroit, Michigan to Dublin, Ireland. In 2000 he was awarded an internship at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy and invited to return the following year to work at the internationally renowned Venice Biennale Exhibition, American Pavilion. In 2004 he studied at the Chautauqua School of Art and returned the following year as an administrator.
He has held positions at several galleries and museums including the Speed Art Museum and the Kentucky Derby Museum, and the Filson Historical Society doing special exhibits construction and fabrication, mount making, curation and installation.
Jim’s professional background also includes 16 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and remodeling as a site supervisor and project manager on projects from small scale remodeling to large scale additions and new home construction. This combined artistic background, construction experience, and natural leadership abilities allows Jim to oversee the Weber Shop and manage production.
Paul Ohlin
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER + CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER + PARTNER

Paul serves as Weber Group’s current COO and CFO. He is responsible for the oversight of financial performance and day to day operations of the company. Paul provides years of experience in process and procedure improvement, and utilizes it to efficiently streamline and further enhance the operating performance of the company. With his financial expertise, Paul will help ensure Weber Group continues providing superior quality at the most competitive price for every client.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with bachelor degrees in both Finance and Management. Paul comes to Weber Group after a 25 years tenure in the financial services industry, serving as the CFO for various
securities brokers and dealers. Prior to his career in financial services, Paul served as Director of Front Office Operations for a major US hospitality company.
DAN SHEHAN
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Dan supervises our labor force of project managers working in both traditional construction and themed entertainment. He leads the charge with construction and fabrication estimates, develops project schedules to accommodate client timelines, assigns and directs project managers, manages client and company relations for each venture and personally oversees the successful completion of all projects with a gold standard of excellence and repeated client satisfaction.
Dan’s work can be found across the country and abroad in zoos, aquariums, museums, botanical gardens, family entertainment centers, resorts, waterparks and theme parks. His projects also include multi-family developments nationwide. With more than 30 years of experience in construction, specialty fabrication and themed entertainment, Weber Group, Inc. highly values the knowledge and experience Dan provides.
DAVID NOFSINGER
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION + PARTNER

David Nofsinger will work alongside Dan Shehan the Director of Construction to handle management of our growing traditional construction projects that include mixed-use buildings, multi-family housing, senior living facilities, tenant fitouts, retail centers and commercial office building developments.
Nofsinger has been a part of the Weber team since 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Architecture and Transylvania University.
ANTHONY IMBROGNO
DIRECTOR OF INTERACTIVE PLAY

Anthony joined the Weber Group in 2018 with over 25 years of experience in the Interactive Wet and Dry Play industry as Director of Interactive Play. While he was new as an employee of Weber Group, he had already worked with us many times over his career owning several companies in the Water Play fabrication industry.
He has had a passion for designing and building things since childhood. Anthony would often create unique ‘Games and Toys’ to entertain friends in the neighborhood. Anthony jumped at the opportunity to do it for a living, and he has never ‘worked’ a day since. He continues to approach every project like it will be the best one ever!
Anthony has a 2-year engineering degree from SUNY Delhi and has worked in the residential building trades for over 12 years as a carpenter/contractor. He is an innovator in the Water Park Industry and among the first to use Stainless-Steel in his water features. He has redesigned many water toys and play structures from the ground up, focusing on their overall safety, quality, durability, and play value. Anthony has developed several product lines covering various Water Park and Museum Industry features.
His addition to the company has allowed Weber Group to engineer the water features directly into our themed fabrication.
BRAD STIVERS
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Brad has been part of the Weber team since 2013 and is one of our most talented artists. He studied studio art with a focus in drawing at the University of Louisville, and after decades of experience as a painter, sculptor, and mural artist, Brad has mastered an impressive spectrum of styles, techniques and finishes.
Brad is exceptionally gifted artist and leader. His work can be seen in venues across the country. In his tenure with Weber Group, Brad has developed and mastered a variety of faux realism techniques through his work in the entertainment industry. These finishes range from abstract to ultra-realistic, depending on the nature of the project.
Brad is also well-versed in the language of his craft and his industry, so he finds great ease communicating his vision, methods and approach to his crew and our clients. Weber Group highly values the skill, expertise and experience Brad brings to every project, and we are proud to have him on our team.
DAMON WILDE
ART DIRECTOR

Damon comes to Weber Group with two decades of experience in graphic design, themed entertainment design and artistic skills of many kinds. For the past 12 years, he has helped create large scale consumer events for theme parks, zoos and cultural institutions across the country. He is skilled at creating comprehensive design packages, including branding and marketing materials, schematics for scenic elements, ground plans, conceptual renderings and signage for holiday events and family attractions of all kinds.
Damon has worked with a number of I.P. Brands to bring them to life through
experiential activations such as Anheuser Busch, Jack Daniels, Coca-Cola,
Sesame Street, Rudolph, and his work can be seen across the country at
places like Great Wolf Lodge, Six Flags Parks, Busch Gardens, Sea World
Parks and more.

attractions, walkthroughs and mazes is really what drives me creatively and is a huge life long passion of mine.”
JOSH HUFF
DIRECTOR OF SIGNAGE

Josh Huff has been with Weber Group since 2006 and has held many supervisory roles at the company leading up to his position as Director of Signage. His core leadership skills are attributed to being a 14-year Non-commissioned Officer of the military. Josh was even awarded Employee of the Year in 2021.
As Director of Signage, Josh is a driven multi-tasker with a great attitude and strong work ethic responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Sign Division. This position is a combination of management, production, and installation. He gets along well with others and is flexible and willing to help wherever needed.
Josh is a hands-on manager who not only meets with clients but jumps in with his employees to get the projects done on time and within budget. He has always had A strong attention to detail and is well organized. Josh is a valued member of the Weber Group team.
RYAN JONES
DESIGN DIRECTOR

Ryan has a proven history of successfully designing, planning, and managing numerous multifaceted projects. Ryan is driven by creating innovative visitor experiences with thoughtful interactions and memorable learning opportunities. She is a designer who specializes in immersive and experiential exhibit design. Her passion for history, theatre, art, science, and innovative technology for interactive exhibits make her a unique designer dedicated to creating experiences both engaging and exciting for guests of all ages.
In addition to designing, Ryan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) earning her certificate from the accredited Project Management Institute in 2013. This added skill helps Ryan organize and effectively manage large-scale projects.
Ryan’s journey with experiential design began in her undergraduate program of Architecture at the University of Illinois while studying abroad in France. She then attended Florida State University where she would receive a Masters in scenic design. Before the rewarding design position at Weber, her career included working in architecture and exhibit design firms, a non-profit museum, a Fortune 500 company as well as a freelance designer.
AMY PENDER
ART DIRECTOR

Amy Pender became a member of the Weber Group team with an already impressive resume of artistic experience. Her professional background along with her vibrant personality make her a pleasure to work with. Her current focus is large-scale immersive entertainment projects for Weber clients.
It is Amy’s artistic diversity, that gives her a one-of-a-kind perspective in the world of entertainment. As Art Director, she is able to provide direction and structure to projects from concept to fabrication with both a creative and organizational viewpoint. Amy brings her positive, can-do attitude to every project.
Prior to joining Weber, Amy earned a BA in art with a concentration in graphic design from the University of Louisville. She has worked as an art director independently and at advertising agencies for over 25 years. In addition to design, Amy is an accomplished glassblower and sculptor. She has attended several glass schools as a student and instructor and exhibited her glass work nationally. She currently has a studio in Louisville and is active in the art community.
